First Visit

When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office. If time permits these forms will be sent to you in advance of your appointment.

At your initial exam we will obtain necessary digital x-rays, diagnostic models, and bite registration. Dr. Strumpf will perform an oral cancer evaluation and determine the status of your existing dentistry and periodontal status. He will discuss options for treatment and a "smile analysis" will be performed should cosmetics be an issue for you.
