Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is started. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

We also offer in-house financing through Chase Health Advance to make cosmetic and restorative dentistry affordable for all our patients who desire it. Chase Health Advance Finance offers no down payment, low monthly payments and no penalty if paid off early for treatment fees of $1000 to $12,000.

INSURANCE

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because of variations in insurance policies and the complexity of insurance contracts, you are personally responsible for your dental payment at the time services are rendered. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit all insurance claims for you, and your insurance company will reimburse you directly.
